- Leadership of working teams and in the management of trade associations:
I. General administration: Advising on and/or taking charge of the general administration of the association, personnel issues and the management of the budget in coordination with an independent accountant.
II. Coordination and support of governance bodies, committees and working groups: Organising meetings and events, preparing the agendas, documents, tools and presentations for the meetings and events, participating in them, drafting the minutes and reports and coordinating the implementation of the agreed actions.
III. Membership support: Providing the required support and information to members as part of the services of the association.
IV. Strategic plan: Advising in the development of the strategic plan for the association with stakeholders and coordinating its implementation through action programmes.
V. Workplan and representation: Advising in the development and coordination of the workplan of the association, and representing the association before third parties, including relations and interviews with the media and drafting articles for the magazines of the sector.
